Complainant called to report that the vacant house located at 1401 S. Rogers appears to be unsafe, is badly unkept and she believes that homeless people are entering the house at night. She owns the rental next to it (1405 S. Rogers) and states that because of the overall condition of the house it effects her ability to attract good renters. The property across from her house has bags of trash and glass containers in the yard. They do not use trash stickers on the bags and they have them just sitting there. Also, the property next to her has two bags of trash on the sidewalk that has been there for approximately 3 weeks. They do not have trash stickers on them. They people seem to do this on a regular basis.
