There is executive tree growth on cascades/city property that is over growing onto my house and yard. I have had 2 of the cities trees fall on my house and fence in the last year. The first tree that hit my house the city came out and cleaned it up and they told me that there was someone that was contracted to maintain that property but no one has ever cleared or cleaned it up. When I called about the second tree several times I got no response and had to cut up the dead tree myself. I know my neighbors are having the same issues after talking to them. Thank you in advance

This house is empty ( it is for sale). It is in the 800 block of Whitestone St. in clear creek estates ( the woman could be specific). The back of the yard needs mowed. The family that used to own it is in Ohio. The real Estate agency has been contacted and they will not do anything about it. The neighborhood of Elm Heights is a mess. At the intersection of University and Park, the weeds and bushes cover sidewalks on both sides of the streets. Along Park, bushes cover sidewalk on both sides. Also, the NE corner of Park and 2nd St. the bushes cover the sidewalks.
