Tenant called to report a large amount of trash in the back yard for at least a month. The trash was there when they moved in, and now animals have scattered the trash. Tenants have notified Indiana Real Estate Mgmt. several times, but trash is still there.

We asked our tenants to dispose of thier trash and have not seen any results. We would like for the city to give them warnings. Maybe both of our efforts will suceed.

The problem is with a unit in Whittington Commons. It is at the end of the first drive to your left off the main street into the complex. The tenants have left their trash out and animals got into it scattering the trash all over the hillside behind 1385 W. Allen Street. The citizen tried to talk to the tenants but they refuse to pick it up.
