Excessive Growth
2105 E Melville CIR
- Case Date:
- 7/18/2016
My home share a property line with city property woods. There is a tree from the city's property that is hanging very low into my yard and above my pool. Causing lots of debri and worms to fall into my pool. Is it possible for someone to come out and trim that tree back and off my property? It actually has a band around the trunk as if it was marked at one point to come down.
The raised garden bed is full of tall grass and weeds. The caller stated she is not complaining about the "pretty" parts of the garden. If you have any questions about what she is calling about you can contact her at 812-336-1203.
The empty parking lot next to our First Presbyterian Church - I think the address is 210 East 7th Street - has not been mowed all year. It is very overgrown.
The sidewalk on the north side of E Rogers Rd,mid-way between Spicewood ln and Sare Rd is completely obstructed by branches and bushes from adjacent properties rendering it impassable.
Not so much excessive growth as generally trashed yard-- citizen called in about neighbor's yard filled with trash.
