The grass is well over 8" tall and there are weeds around the fire hydrant that are over 12" tall. Also, there is trash and litter everywhere and furniture all over the yard-front, side and back.
Resident cut the grass, but left tall weeds all around the house and driveway.

There is a mattress place here and the dumpster is always overflowing with trash and mattresses stacked around the dumpster and trash blowing onto IU property all of the time.
