Grass needs cut; at least 12" tall.
Overgrown weeds and poison ivy growing into the street.
Overgrown weeds going into street. Poison ivy among these weeds. Tenant has done nothing to solve the problems.
Complaintant states that the problem is behind these apts and that it belongs to Wapahani Apts. The grass is over a foot tall and she is affraid there will be a rodent problem for those living around it.
Grass has not been cut.
Tall weeds up to the windows of the house. House may be abandoned.
The problem is 23 acres owned by F.G. Summitt. Part of the land backs up to the neighbors on Kensington. King's property is fenced, but you can see the weeds from her neighbors' yards. The weeds are fence high. The 23 acres are advertised for sale on a sign just south of the church on the west side of high across from Childs School. Summitt is no longer in town, but she gave a phone number for him -- 757/258-1485.
