Neighbor has allowed bushes in front yard to grow excessively, and sidewalk has not been cleared of large sticks, etc, forcing pedestrians to move off the sidewalk to pass by. Hate to complain about stuff like this but when you pay to be in an HOA its nice to be able to walk on your sidewalk (:
Concerned about the abandoned house at 2854 Blue Ridge Drive. Yard has gone unmoved for months, and there has been no visible activity there for some time. Many neighbors have noticed.
The alley next to 1010 W 7th's fence has enough growth that it is impossible to pass by in a car without driving through it somewhat. Grass & weeds over 18" tall in places. The city continues to ignore this property's non-compliance since Mr. Gul strong armed Linda Thompson in front of reporters. The city spent thousands of dollars fighting this in court. Enforce the code.

My neighbor at 1305 W 6th moved in last July and has not cut his grass since that time. It is long and very overgrown.
