Trash from trash containers (which are left out after Tuesday trash day) is blowing around the neighborhood. Also the property accross the street from 420 N. Jackson is a storage bldg. the ravine behind the bldg is full of trash.
The yard is covered in poison ivy. It is now growing over in the neighbors yard. You can see it from the alley and the back yard of 514 W. Kirkwood. You have permission from the owner if you need on their property.

The caller thinks that the address is 440 S. Henderson - our maps say it may be 521 E. 2nd (at the corner of 2nd & Henderson) - There is trash on the sidewalk with no stickers.
