Northeast corner of Dixie and Palmer. Chain-link fence with lots of overgrowth, poison ivy encroaching on adjoining properties. Caller says she and her neighbor have both spoken with the agent and owner more than once, and they come and trim the growth on the outside of the fence but do not do anything about inside their own.
trash in back of house, two over flowing trash cans, and at least four loose trash bags, also soffit falling off of house, and birds and squirrels living in roof, and terrible weeds in back yard at eastment.
Citizen notified the City through the E-governmental web site that there is excessive overgrowth on what appears to be vacant lot in the 500 block of East Grimes Lane.
Trash is always outside of house. I have talked to both houses about problem but have been ignored. ( 501 E. Hunter/ 518 E. 2nd)
Not clear which address to use. City-created, grassy area in traffic-control sidewalk extension into the street needs mowing. SW corner of Grant/9th. Is this the responsibility of adjacent property owners? If so, would that be Plantation North Apartments, apparently now being referred to as "Campus Walk North" (CRE Rentals)?
See case #188239 (SW corner of Grant/9th intersection.) Long grass is still a problem. Maybe assign this to someone other than "Jo Stong", because cases assigned to that person are sometimes not dealt with in a timely manner.
Concerned about the abandoned house at 2854 Blue Ridge Drive. Yard has gone unmoved for months, and there has been no visible activity there for some time. Many neighbors have noticed.
Woodlawn Ave. Between 2nd and University St. Excessive overgrowth and dead tree limbs lying in yard. Huge dead trees need to be cut down. They pose a threat to passersby as this is a major thoroughfare for pedestrians. Unsightly and decreases value and enjoyment of street/neighborhood.
