J-max no longer picks up the trash from the travel agency next to him from the alley. They now roll the dumpster out into the street in front of his house. This morning they lost some of the trash in the street and he found invioces with the travel agency name and address on it.
Overgrown weeds and poison ivy growing into the street.
Overgrown weeds going into street. Poison ivy among these weeds. Tenant has done nothing to solve the problems.
Not sure of address - might be both houses - but the shrubs on the north side of the properties here have grown large by the sidewalk and make it difficult to navigate without stepping to the side and walking on the grass. Definitely not ADA compliant at present.
Trash in carport - stacked.
alley overgrown, difficult to pass thru
The second house on Wilson Street (going East) from S. Walnut Street has trash piled at the side of the house.
Lots of trash bags piled by the house on the alley side. Some bags have been torn open.
