Pedestrians need to use that side of the street to avoid the fraternity in the apartment building on the north side of the street.
There is trash in the back yard along with batteries. The grass is to high and the railings are falling off the back porch.

Hello, I manage the Winslow Farm HOA. I am getting numerous complaints about the overgrown yard at t 412 Laurelwood Court. I can not get your map to pull up 412 Laurelwood, it keeps going to 408.

The property behind 408 E. Southern Drive is overgrown with weeds and trash. They have caught over 7 opossums. She has a petition that is signed by over 50 people regarding this property being cleaned up. She stated that the property is owned by Bob Shaw and that the neighborhood is calling Channel 13 news to see if they can help. She had heard that the City sometimes pays to have properties cleaned up then fines the owner, can you do the same for this property.
Behind their rental trailer there's a fence that divides the row of trailers and the Shaw's rental property, and there are high weeds and brush growing in this area. She would like the weeds and brush cut down and cleared.
