GRASS HAS NOT BEEN MOWED ALL SEASON..BUSHES ARE OVERGROWN..THINKS HOUSE HAS BEEN VACANT FOR 2 YEARS AND THAT OWNER IS IN NURSING HOME. HAD A LAWN SERVICE DOING IT LAST YEAR.

This home owner has yet to mow this year and the entire yard is significantly over 8 inches already this year, with some spots on the south side of the house over 1 1/2 feet long already.

The homeowner at 3860 S. Mill Stone Way has not mowed their yard in over a month. Some areas in front are taller than my knee and some areas on side and rear of property are more than 3 feet tall. This yard is horrendous and they refuse to mow and take care of their yard. Can you please enforce the mowing ordnance or have the city mow their yard and submit a bill or fine them?
