Weeds have overgrown and are blocking the sidewalk (again), preventing strollers and wheelchairs from using the sidewalk. Not clear is problem is responsibility of 314 E. 11th or 719 N. Grant (or both).

Property is overgrown with weeds, etc.
Tim from Indiana University called to state that the drive way to this residence is torn up and he must walk in the street. He also states that this property always has trash piled up around it.
High weeds and grass needs mowed. Trash around the property is blowing into neighbors yards.
