Grass is not bad because it has been so dry. The weeds are what need to be cut. The neighbors had been cutting it but aren't anymore.

Old school bus in public right of way. Complaintant called weeks ago & was told it could be left there up to 72 hrs. Bus has not been moved but complaintant has seen someone working on it.
