The property is unkempt and the lawn is severely overgrown, it looks as though there are multiple invasive species and possibly dangerous growth to the neighborhood and any passerby. It is also difficult to see around the corner and overgrowth. This appears to violate city ordinances all other neighbors are expected to abide by. Please address this dangerous eyesore.
This entire yard is out of control and weeds are everywhere. They are over 6 feet tall now and completely wild. We are so tired of this mess in our neighborhood.
My neighbor’s lawn is extraordinarily unkempt. The city used to come out and cut it down, but I have not seen anybody all year. It is now starting to get so long that it’s becoming a hazard because it is hard to see when turning out of our cul-de-sac.
The property's frontage is overgrown to the extent that you can't see a child or pets that might run down the street. When making a left turn to Roundhill from Shadow Grove, even an SUV has a hard time seeing if there's a car coming.

The weeds at this address are taller than people. You can't walk down the sidewalk in the area because its so overgrown. The yard has been overgrown for at least five years now and it appears to be an ongoing issue. The overgrown yard is also creating safety hazards, such as blocking sidewalks, obstructing visibility for drivers, and attracting pests, including rats and raccoons. overgrown yard might be violating. Neighbors have complained numerous times, but the city doesn't seem to address the issue with this yard.
The weeds at this house are almost as high as the stop sign. Earlier today I almost hit three kids - 2 walking and one on a bike because they were hidden behind the weeds at the stop sign. Couldn’t see the kids around the weeds. I think it is a danger to our neighborhood to have the weeds blocking the sidewalks and the area near the stop sign. It was not the kids fault - but something needs done to make this corner and sidewalks around this house safer.
The property is unkempt, weeds have gotten out of control, now reaching the height of the stop sign!! Obstructs line of sight, animals are hiding, is both ugly and dangerous!! Weed height exceeds allowable limits. Homeowner refuses to address this.
It is now July 11th 2021 and this homeowner has yet to mow his lawn once. It's a hazard as it's 3-4 feet tall. This is against the city rules and so why is the city not enforcing the law?
