Grass & weeds 18" tall including along sidewalk. This is an annual problem that has been reported multiple times this year already. Neighbors have spoken with homeowner to no avail. Previous reported case closed without action.

trees are growing out into car pathway...also complained about the natural landscaping of this property and that it isn't being mowed. advsd she had called before. i advsd of the 3 previous inspections this year and that it appears homeowner is within rights. she would like the tree branches in the road area complaint to be investigated.
High weeds.
Resident cut the grass, but left tall weeds all around the house and driveway.
Received three calls (including Ms Coyne) about tall (6') milkweed plants; overgrown grass and a pile of mulch in the driveway for over 2 years.
