Utility easement between Martin home and apartments very overgrown. Martin wants utility companies to mow/clean up area. He & neighbors cleaned area once. Matt Fields told him probably nothing could be done.
mowed once all year and that was early, junk stored on carport, horse trailer parked permanently in drive

Scattered litter and trash
There is trash everywhere in front of 430 North Roosevelt and the house beside it.
There is a matress & other debris in the yard again.
They haven't mowed the grass or cut the weeds ( they are over a foot tall), they also have a recycle bin out on the sidewalk w/ trash around it.
They always leave trash containers out & they have papers just thrown around in the yard.
There is trash all over the yard. It looks as if an animal got into it the night before trash pick-up and it wasn't picked up.
