Trash not put out. Trash stacked up, animals are getting into it, it's an eye-sore. Ms. Hart called owner (Johnie Edwards) & nothing has been done. Thinks tenant is Regina Stogdill & Ms. Hart has not spoken with her this time but has in past.
Car gutted, windshield smashed etc., an eyesore. Wants it removed.

2 lots with overgrown grass & weeds.( Do not know which lots but is in 600 block)
Open trash & spilled all over the ground. Will not help the racoon problem in this neighborhood. This is a reocuring problem.
Said CIty is not cutting grass along Sare Rd. between David Dr. & Cranbrook (?) Condos. Said grass & weeds grown up around concrete wall & fence. Call him to let him know if this is not the responsibility of the City. Call work ph #. (Address is just for reference - do not know if it is correct for problem.)
Boxes on porch, trash on back porch, grass needs cut.
Can full of trash sitting in front yard. Knee high grass.
Garbage cans full of water & are attracting lots of flies & mosquitos. Also...there is a large dead rat floating in trash can. Said it's bloated & huge. She said she will call the Health Dept. if we are unable to address this.
