There is excessive at this house and the two houses next to it. The excessive growth is going into the road and causing a traffic hazard. He said that he has reported this to HAND before, but never received a response.

grass over 1 foot high, haven't mowed all year
Citizen states the house used to be rented out but tenant left so the owners moved in and have been there about 3 months. The grass has never been mowed. The grass is over 2' high.
Constituent called complaining about neighbor's yard -- grass is too high.
Backyard of 2515 E Clay Court is very overgrown, at least 10 inch growth. From what I can tell the front yard is not overgrown.
