House has been vacant since last summer. Occupants threw trash and boards from garage into back yard. Grass has not been mowed this year. House is an eyesore. Garage is falling down. Haven for rodents.
Japanese knotweed (or other invasive species) growing on fence in front of house and on property line fence b/t 2421 & 2429.
Vegetation is overgrown and blocking sidewalk/path between Nota and Maxwell.
Trash sitting out on neighbor's porch, dripping down on to her porch, management won't take care of problem. Smell is so strong, they must avoid the area.
Mr. Nelson says ROW along Headley and Hinkle Roads up to Griffy Lake needs grass, shrubs mowed and cut. Claims the County used to take care of this and now that its all in the City, we should take care of it.
This lawn has not been mowed at all in 2020! Is the city EVER going to enforce the code and do anything about it?!!!
GRASS NEEDS MOWED..IT'S ABOUT 18" HIGH SHE WASN'T SURE OF EXACT ADDRESS BUT IT IS AT THE CORNER OF GRAHAM AND BROADVIEW AND IS THE ONLY ONE NOT MOWED.
The grass needs to be cut and there is trash everywhere.
