High grass.
New property owner purchased building in August. It has only been maintained once since ownership (the first week it was owned). There has been no exterior maintenance since (mowing, leaf pickup, etc). This pertains to 421 E Hillside as well.
the area around the Salvation Army and the Red Badge Store is filled with trash and litter especially in the back near the semi trailer.
tree in front of 508 W. 3rd is dead and or on its way. The neighborhood assocation would like it removed before it causes any damage and would like a new tree planted after the removal. Call Bill Sturbaum if you have questions. He is the Assocation President.
Citizen reportes that at 510 S Lincoln the residents have several trash cans setting along side the house that is never put out for pick up and the cans are overflowing. Citizen believes that the trash poses a health haz. for the neighborhood and are unsightly to look at. Citizen gave the address at 510 S. Linc. on west side of street, gray house
