Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. 2306 E. Wimbleton Lane is closest address to the vacant lot at the intersection of South Montclair Avenue & Wimbleton Lane. The vacant lot is overgrown and in need of mowing. According to GIS, this lot is owned by Barbara Witte, 1604 Oakdale Drive, who owes the city for weed removal and demolition services. The citizen who called in stated that the lot looks terrible and needs to be mowed.
