THERE IS A PILE OF TRASH IN THE YARD. DOGS GET INTO THE TRASH AND IT GETS IN THE NEIGHBORS YARDS.
There is an A-frame house at the end of N. Headley Road that has piled junk all over the side of the house.
Trailer has several junk vehicles which have not moved for 2 years. There is a car under a tarp, a RV, and three other vehicles with prices on them. Very unsightly.
At the rental house directly across the street from complainant, 1015 E. 1st. St., garbage cans and recycle bins have been left on the street since Monday.
Directly across the street from complaintant's house; people have been dumping their grass clippings, leaves and tree limbs in this field area. A sign or something should be placed there because people should not do this.
THERE ARE TALL WEEDS & GRASS SURROUNDING THE ENTIRE HOUSE. THEY ARE ALSO GROWING ALONG THE ALLEY WAY.
Trash has not been picked up because no tags were attached. Six people living in the house (five females and one male).
The building directly north of the Herald-Times building has a lot of trash on the south side of the building. Also old mattresses, abandoned vehicle, an RV with possibly two people living in it. Staff from the Herald-Times have chased rats back onto this property (through the fence). Problem is getting progressivly worse.
Right behind the Save-A-Lot store on N. College; there is a trailor that was on fire. There is trash, furniture and other debris in the yard. It's attracting various rodents and possible safety problem. The situation has been like this for about 3 months.
