There is a house which is located on S. Fess (2nd house off Grimes Lane; or 2 houses north of 1220 S. Stull) which has two old pickup trucks without doors, and an old hauling trailer in the back yard. This junk has been there at least 6 months, and the resident keeps adding items of junk.
At 1/2/98 NAG meeting Pat reported high weeds on Fairview north of 9th St. on what appears to be Fell Iron property.
Right behind the Save-A-Lot store on N. College a trailor was on fire. There is currently piles of trash being put in that area even though it has been marked off. The resident at the above address is dumping his loose trash in his yard. He has done this several times. HAND has been out before but he still continues to dump his trash making the neighborhood an "eyesore". Is there some type of fine that can be administered?

Sanitation Dept. reports that BW3 in Dunkirk Square has been using green barrels for trash disposal instead of their dumpster. Says twice this week he's had to clean up a big mess in front of Dunkirk Square.

For a year now Mr. Shaw has been complaining about the trash problem in this area. Bags of trash is constently blowing over onto the property of his mother at 1608 W. 8th. St. He's very angry about the situation and wants something done about it.
