Vacant lot (owned by City) behind 611 Guy Avenue has not been mowed. The lot ajoins Rockport Road.

The neighbor has been mowing the front lawn for the elderly man @ the above address. However, the back yard is full of trash and the grass is very high. The front yard is now full of trash too.
The dumpster @ the above address is now over-flowing. It is always full and the lid is never closed if there is one at all.
Mattress and trash has not been disposed of, and neighbor has seen ratts running around. Ms. Oswalt will contact the Health Dept. re the ratts (Vector Control Ordinance).

Street Dept. called with a complaint from Mr. Bell. The weeds/flowers/stuff is growing out of the fenced yard and onto the sidewalk.
Limbs and weeds are being cut at this address and stacked back at the alley.
Residents at above address has had 8-10 bags of trash out for over three weeks. Trash bags aren't tagged. Sanitation notice was left on at least two occassions - untagged.
The citizen stated that there is trash around the parking lot area of Twin Lakes. There are broken beer bottles and debris laying around. They realize that there are softball games going on, but does the park area not get cleaned up at the end of each game. They are concerned with someone getting injured on the broken glass.
There is always garbage on the property and it is now attracting rats.
