Grass across Allen from the S. entrance to West Pointe needs to be cut. Also grass at empty home on Branch Re. inside westpointe. also check the lot at 708 S. Adams for overgrown grass. They also think that the vacant lots inside Westpointe will be over 1 foot very soon. So keep an eye on it and don't let it get too high.
(1107?) Buddy Blunk's parcel on W. East Branch Rd. needs to be cut. We have dealt with this parcel before.

High weeds and grass needs mowed. Trash around the property is blowing into neighbors yards.
Grass is unkept some trash behind the house. A contractor recently began work on the guttering and painting then quit. The contractor (Randy Richardson) told Mr. Eisenberg that the interior of the house is filled with trash, newspapers, etc. Mr. Eisenberg is concerned that this is a fire hazard.
Grass is well over 12 inches tall.
The vacant lots from the 4000 block of E. 3rd St. to the Ryan's Steak House have not been mowed. Weeds are waist high. She said that the owner is David & Carol Zook, 138 W. Town Hill Road, Nashville, Indiana.
The property located at 925 N. Blair Avenue needs to have the grass cut. The grass is approximately 3' high.
