Trash is beginning to pile up beside the house.
Sacks of trash laying in the street for a week. Residents keep trash in the alley next to the house. The lawn also needs attention.
There is an apartment complex beside 718 West Dodds that has a dumpster that is always over-run with trash. There is bags everywhere on the ground, dirty diapers, beer bottles, and now mice.
THERE ARE TREES IN THE ALLEY BEHIND THIS LOT THAT NEED CUT BACK. THEY ARE SCRATCHING THE SIDE OF HIS TRUCK WHEN HE DRIVES TO HIS GARAGE. THERE ARE ALSO WEEDS AND GRASS THAT ARE VERY TALL IN THIS LOT. THE LOT IS LOCATED BETWEEN SUMMIT, 11TH , MONROE, & COTTAGE GROVE ACCORDING TO THE COMPLAINTANT IT IS SURROUNDED BY STREETS.
There is trash all over the back yard. Birds have gotton into recycling bags. McDonald's sacks are laying around. Front yard has trash also. This is believed to be over occupied because there is always at least three cars parked and people are sleeping on mattresses in the living room.
The landlord is suppose to mow the lawn, but hasn't mowed for awhile and now the grass is "knee-high". She has called the landlord several times this year to get the lawn mowed.
Trash and junk collected on the back patio, near the kitchen door. She has to look at it every day. The current tenants did not create the problem; rather, the landlord left it there between tenants. He needs to haul it away. Owner has recently changed. Complainant would like to be called with information.
THERE IS A HOUSE ON THIS PROPERTY THAT IS VERY OLD, IT IS "DESTROYED" THERE IS TRASH IN THE YARD, IT IS NOT "FIT" TO LIVE IN, SHE WANTS IT CLEANED UP.
THE YARD HAS HAD ABOUT "20" BAGS OF TRASH IN IT FOR ALMOST AMONTH. THE TRASH PICK UP WAS TODAY AND THE TRASH IS STILL IN THE YARD. tHE BAGS ARE DETERIORATING. HE JUST WANTS THEM CLEANED UP.
