Residents living at 202 E. Dodds leave their trash cans on the sidewalk every day. Some trash has spilled over onto the sidewalk. Caller stated that 7 rats have been killed within a 2 day period.
There is trash everywhere around the trashcans and on the sidewalk. It is the same way at the house beside 202 east Dodds.
Citizen says there is a large tree limb down to the west side of her property. She insists that this is a city easement and city should remove it - says the county always took care of it before. She's 82 on fixed income and can't take care of it. Wants someone to come look at it and determine if it is City's.

The complaintant is not 1005 sure this is the right address. But it is the property next to him. Grass is very tall and has not been mowed this year.
There are vines, bushes and weeds growing high all along the curbs and sidewalks of this whole block.
Many houses South of 202 S. Clark St. leave their trash out (apparently unstickered). Leave garbage cans out all week long. A few bags have been sitting out for an entire week and now dogs are getting in them.
The grass at the apartment buildings at 202 and 204 E 16th St. is over two feet tall, and has not been mowed in weeks.
