THIS PROPERTY HAS NOT BEEN MOWED & IS FULL OF WEEDS. HE DID INDICATE THAT IT APPEARS TO HAVE A "NATURAL WILDLIFE" LOOK BUT IS WONDERING IF THIS MEETS CITY CODE.
