Sanitation Dept. employee has found more trash from BW3 in a city owned green barrell in the parking lot behind Dunkirk Square.
"Address has Rumpke containers on property, but containers are being stickered with City trash stickers - trash is not being tagged properly - please check out what the problem is for Sanitation Department. Sanitation Dept. reports that BW3 in Dunkirk Square has been using green barrels for trash disposal instead of their dumpster. Says twice this week he's had to clean up a big mess in front of Dunkirk Square.

Dee Aaron's Inc @ 118 E Kirkwood has apparently been using public trash barrels for commercial trash disposal. Will forward two pieces addressed to this business which were pulled from the trash left there.
Residents were late sitting their garbage out, so it wasn't picked up. The bag is still there and animals have broken the bag open and scattered trash.
