Tenant called to report a large amount of trash in the back yard for at least a month. The trash was there when they moved in, and now animals have scattered the trash. Tenants have notified Indiana Real Estate Mgmt. several times, but trash is still there.
New residents have been bringing in truck loads of "yard sale" stuff. There is trash all over and an old refrigerator is also setting out in the yard. (Carol entered this complaint)

Complaint is regarding the bridge on Country club Rd. between Rogers and S. Walnut. Complaitant believes the brush is hazardous to pedestrians crossing the bridge, and would like to see it trimmed.

Old windows were stacked in the alley directly behind the above address. The window have fell over and glass is everywhere.
Dumpster is overflowing and trash is blowing around the neighborhood.
There has been trash everywhere for 3 weeks. There is also lots of empty boxes. The entire area of 10th/kirkwood and walnut has trash and needs to be looked at.
