There is a home under construction on this corner, the outside is mostly finished. I sit on the other corner to the south, 1602 S. Renwick Blvd. Then next to me is another house that is mostly finished on the outside. All of us are on the west side of Renwick Blvd. The yards on these unfinished houses are out of control with very tall weeds. They very much need to be cleared or mowed, or weed whacked or something. There is a mound of stuff (matresses, and chairs, ect.) piled up here. It's been there about 3 mo. This is also a possible unregistered rental.
Yard not taken care of, Weeds overgrown.
Front yard grass has only been cut once all summer, Tree is overhanging the street . On Coolidge Street the bushes are in the way of the sidewalk making it hard to get around. Now a great big weed/bush is laying across the sidewalk making it impossible to use. People use the sidewalk to get from the apartments to school etc. The back yard has never been mowed this summer and possibly last year too. Who knows what is living in there. There has been skunks around the area.
