There is trash in the back yard of the house. The trash blows into this man's yard. and up the street. He just wants it cleaned up, and kept that way!
Trash overflowing (3-4 cans) at the side of the house (alley side). Residents are not using trash tags.
Grass needs to be cut on the west side of the street from the railroad tracks on N. Pete Ellis Dr. to North St. Rd. 45.
There has been an old pick up truck in the yard. 2-3 piles of dirt from the 3 gardens they have made. There has been an addition put on the house and it is not finished.
There is a dumpster in the alley behind Burnham appartments. It has been repeatedly placed in the alley. This blocks the alley. The landlord has been notified and has said he will not do anything about it.
These neighbors have left trash bags laying outside. Dogs and Cats come and tear open the trash bags. This is surely harmful to the animals. It is also unsightly and could cause an epidemic. These things draw mice, and rats.
sidewalks need good maintenance or soon they will be entirely covered up with grass and weeds that are growing over them in the dirt that covers the sidewalkes. See attatched complaint for a list of addresses.
See attatched memo for details. Someone moved and dumped garbage in alley, includes large pieces of particle board. Caller saw rats.
This house is empty ( it is for sale). It is in the 800 block of Whitestone St. in clear creek estates ( the woman could be specific). The back of the yard needs mowed. The family that used to own it is in Ohio. The real Estate agency has been contacted and they will not do anything about it.
