PROPERTY IS VACANT AND WEEDS/GRASS ARE EXTREMELY HIGH. SHE HAS COMPLAINED ONCE ALREADY AND IT HAS ONLY BEEN MOWED ONCE THIS SEASON. SHE IS MANAGER OF WALKER AND TRYING TO RENT HER PROPERTIES AND THIS IS AN EYESORE.

Neighbors aren't setting out trash. Possibily over-occupied. There are six cars in the drive way. Only supposed to be 3.

Residents have raked leaves in the street. The next two houses to the east have also raked leaves into the street.
Property is very unkept.
They have recycle bins that have been out for 3 weeks.
