Lots of litter in empty lot west of Village Pantry, especially along the bank between the lot and the train tracks. Also hazardous coal storage facility with signs that children are playing here.
At 12th & Indiana behind Village Pantry there is trash everywhere and it blows up on the banks and dogs get into it.
IDS box chained to stop sign on the SW corner blocks traffic line of sight for east bound traffic. Also Village Pantry has large bushes blocking line of sight.
Resident stated the intersection of Grimes Lane and Park Avenue is overgrown and there is poor visibility. It is difficult to see if you are going south on Park trying to get out onto Grimes Lane. The visibility issue is both directions.
Sidewalk over grown. South of Erin Ct, west side of Azalea.

Refrigerators left out all of the time. Property looks unkept. Trash not kept contained. Complaintant wants the City to make Jack Morrison comply & clean up his property.
Jack Morrison has trash (empty refrigerators w/o locks) out and I'm afraid that a child could get inside of it and die.
