Caller to HAND lives at 120 W Pinewood Dr. wants to file complaint against his neighbors living across the street for grass not mowed. Said last year it was never mowed.
Overgrown yard with no maintenance. Overgrowth is causing several types of damage to fences surrounding properties and bug problems like ticks and mosquitoes to affect the area
Tree-of-heaven that was alongside house has been cut, but there remains tree-of-heaven and poison ivy growing right by the sidewalk out of the side of the soon-to-collapse retaining wall, right where passersby can brush up against it.
Grass is a foot high and has not been cut since last year. This is a rental that is for sale. Please make sure the landlord/owners are notified, as the tenants are not responsible for mowing and should not be penalized.
Complaintant states that yard is overgrown and there is trash in yard.
There is a privacy fence between this property and 1026, this fence at this property has weeds and bushes overgrown and flowing over fence.
Alley between Washington and Lincoln off of First Street is totally overgrown, making it almost impossible to go from First to Wylie this way. My 90 year old parents live at First and Washington and we use this alley!
The house at 800 S. Fess Ave. has the most overgrown backyard in the area. 5 foot tall weeds, scrap lumber, stacks of rocks and junk are in this yard, visible from the alley between Henderson and Fess off of First Street.
