Five vehicles parked in the driveway; sometimes parked on the lawn. Too many children living here; toys, litter, candy wrappers blowing into the back yard of Mr. Napier's yard. Caller also said that this is a rental property (not registered).
House on the corner of S. Euclid and Smith has a lot of trash, old golf cart, old vehicles, etc. in the yard. Sometimes they park on the lawn.
There are two recycling bins that are out (they are full). The recycling isn't for another week and a half.

House on the NE corner of E. Thornton and S. Olive has approx. 8 junk cars and two dogs chained to a van which is used for a dog house. Owners name is Diskey.
There is trash all over the back yard of the Powell Daycare which is located directly behind Mr. Roberts house. He stated that half the block is mess.
