3505 east park lane has NOT mowed the yard in 2 months.
Property at 1826 E Hunter Ave has mowed their yard once this year. It is completely overgrown. Have spoken to neighbors about in the past (they, by habit, only mow it once a year), but nothing has changed.
Our neighbor, James True, address 712 W. Rosewood Dr., has seriously neglected the maintenance of his back yard lawn. By our count, he has mown it once completely, and twice when he stopped half way. The current state is that his lawn is too high for a power mower to deal with. The weeds are very high (two to three feet) and the space clearly harbors rodents and snakes. Yesterday, a two and a half foot long black snake was found on the edge of his property. Further, his older Volvo sedan has been sitting on the street along side our for property at least two months. In the past we have contacted him, but I fear this time more authority is required. Thanks very much for your help! David
in front of 517 E. Kirkwood (Pot Belly patio & IU offices) there is a row of weeds wedged between the patio base and brick sidewalk. It's been there all summer, and are steadily growing. Not sure who to contact for removal (city, property manager?,IU...) thanks.
The back property line for the new apartment complex at 714 North Walnut has not been maintained all summer, and is extremely overgrown at this point. I've e-mailed the new property owners several time this summer asking them to maintain this area, but have been unable to get a response from them. This can be viewed easily from my backyard, if necessary.
Grass too long
Lawn too long. Also, overgrown shrub blocks line-of-sight looking west down 10th Street when traveling south on Dunn.
Mark sutor owns house. House grown up in weeds. Address 2524 east seventh street. Our house for sale. This house needs attention. Please respond.
Grass too long again...
The lawn at 1413 S. Dunn Street has not been trimmed for many weeks. Some of it is near hip-height, and it detracts from the otherwise orderliness of the neighborhood.
