Citizen stated that brush and weeds are growing over the sidewalk and obstructing the line of sight and pedestrian access. Citizen called to inquire status of compaint and to give additional addresses. Overhanging limbs blocking sidewalk at 3404, 3411, 1318, 3325, 3549, &3511 on Allendale. THE LINE OF SIGHT PROBLEM IS AT THE THREE-WAY STOP OF WESTMINSTER WAY AND ALLENDALE DRIVE. STONE STATED THAT WHEN YOU ARE GOING WEST ON ALLENDALE DRIVE THAT THERE ARE TREE LIMBS OBSTRUCTING THE STOP SIGN. THE TREE LIMBS HAVE OVERGROWN ONTO THE STREET ALSO.
Trees were planted when the bicycle path was built. Later, the stop sign on Seventh at Dunn was reinstalled. Now, a tree blocks the stop sign when heading east on Seventh so you can't see the stop sign on the right/south side of the street.

Citizen states the corner E. 7th and Jefferson.
Evelyn said at E 4th ST and Clark there is an overgrown bush that is blocking the view for cars. She also mentioned a pile of dead tree limbs but I'm not sure if its at the same location or not.
At the intersection of 2nd & Highland, there is a stop sign being blocked by a bush. People are going through the stop sign.
South of the intersectio of E 1st Street and Eagleson (formerly Jordan), the stop sign is completely obscured by tree branches. I have had to stop quickly several times, only because I live in the neighborhood and know there is a stop sign. But if you don't know it is there, you cannot see it. The other day I forgot and almost ran the stop sign into First street. IT was very scary. I am concerned about traffic accidents here.
