There is a line of sight problem as you are looking to your left turning off of Davis Street onto Rogers Street. The hedges are over grown and difficult to see around.

Trees or shrubbery has extended out a creating a line of sight issue for Area 10 Agency that picks Mr. Jackson up.
There is a stone pillar on the northwest corner that has high grass/flowers surrounding it. If you are approaching the 4-way stop going eastbound on Grimes Lane. You cannot see if someone is going southbound on Henderson Street. This is a 4-way stop but she was hit when someone ran the stop sign going southbound. She could not see them approach the intersection until she was halfway into it.

There are wildflowers/grass growing around the stop sign on the northwest corner of Henderson Street and Grimes Lane. It is the property owner's landscaping that has overgrown causing a problem.
Weeds are obstructing the line of sight.
16th and Lincoln SW corner per police
bushes extend from yard across sidewalk and into street
flowers planted by the telephone pole and can't see pulling out at Lincoln & 16th
Tree limbs hanging over street on east side of Summit St between Central and 11th Street. It is difficult to drive down street when someone is parked on the west side.
