This property is over-occupied with usually 6-8 vehicles parked on the driveway and side yard, regularly spilling out into the alley outside of the property on the east side of the fence.

Car parked blocking driveway since early this morning or last night. License plate 746YH and is a tan Hyundai. Not stuck in snow, but several others have tried to access this shared drive (other than myself) and the car is entirely blocking the way.
