There is a parked trailer in the street, without sufficient reflection or license plates. I do not know who owns it but it has been there for months. It is moved a few feet either way on occasion, but it presents a major safety issue at night and is quite unsightly for a residential neighborhood.
A fallen branch has fallen on the road in front of the listed address. The street is completely blocked, and the branch needs to be removed.

Dear city of Bloomington, While I'm grateful your team has looked into this, the issue is far from being resolved. The repair work did not make any improvement in the noise. The remedy that was done the first time worked for awhile. The grate needs to be opened and cleaned out so that it seats properly. A rubber ring or some kind of padding needs to be placed on the contact points to reduce the vibration. The loud noise is going on 24/7. Not clear if this is the responsibility of 308 or 310, but there is a weedy tree on the south end of the property line between these two lots that has grown out a lot, so much so that it is hard to drive down the alley at this point, especially when there are tons of cars parked back there.
