Tenants have been parking in the alley on the west side of this property, blocking it. There are two parking spots there, but they are parking three cars in the location and that prevents access to and egress from the alley. The tenants might not realize that it is an alley and needs to be kept open.

The tenants at this property regularly block the alley on the west side of the garage. They park three vehicles where there are only two spots. The third vehicle blocks the alley.

Around 8:10pm on Tues., 10/8/24 there were several cars parked in the left turn lane on Atwater, just west of Woodlawn. Most cars were running with lights in, perhaps waiting to pick someone up? I had heard this is happening frequently in that location, but had not encountered it until tonight.
