Non running older dark blue Volvo car with no license plate has been parked on the street for a month. Residents in the specific area such as myself are frustrated with parking being taken for someone who lives in the townhouses across street from 812 s Washington st that has its own parking lot.
I live at 710 E Maxwell Lane and have been having problems turning onto my street when coming from either direction on Henderson. There is an airb&b house on the S/E corner and renters often park right at the end of the street on a yellow curb. If they get a ticket they most likely ignore it since they are from out of town. The curb also needs to be repainted since the yellow has faded. I ask that someone do something about this including contacting the owner as well as towing offending owners cars.

A resident who wants to remain anonymous called Public Works Dept. to request that a staff member check to see if two metal stakes are with in our right-of-way. The stakes are making it difficult for vehicles to turn onto the north/south alley between 810 W. 7th & 811 W. 8th Streets. Citizen wants stakes removed if possible.
The North/South alley between 810 W. 7th and 804 W. 7th is being encroached upon by gardens, woodpiles, trees/vegetation and possibly the fence and cinder block garage owned by 810 W 7th St. As a result, the alley traffic is being diverted outside of the alley right of way and onto the private property located at 804 W. 7th. This appears to have been going on for a number of years. As the new owner of 804 W. 7th St., it is my full intention to re-claim the property/property line currently being encroached upon and proceed with renovations. I request that the Street Dept contact the owner of 810 W. 7th and order the encroachments be removed. With the assistance of a surveyor, I have located the NW and SW corner pins delineating the right of way and pounded new T posts just outside of the right of way in those spots and plan to post the entire property line once the encroachments are removed. Were I to reclaim the property line today, the alley would become impassible due to said encroachments. I request your assistance in remedying this situation in a civil and legal manner, as requests to the homeowner of 810 W.7th have fallen upon deaf ears. I request that you keep me in the loop regarding this issue. I would be happy to meet with a representative of the street dept, with survey in hand, to assist in clarifying and remedying this issue, as renovations of 804 W. 7th will begin in a few weeks. A car has been parked on the street in front of our house for almost a month. The owner our house it is connected to has multiple other vehicles in their driveway that may or may not be registered properly.
The alley running behind the property has a tree blocking entry from Maxwell Terrace Lane and a tree down with fencing directly across fro 809 S Henderson. The trees and weeds have also gotten so large they are rubbing cars as you drive down the alley
Vehicle has been parked partially in front of our mailbox for over 2 weeks. Range Rover has not moved. Hard for us to get out of driveway with a truck. Also, car has a flat tire. It is the neighbors who has room in front of their house and on driveway.
Tenants have been parking in alley adjacent to (southside) rental unit.
Black Lexus SUV with expired plates(Palm Beach, Florida) regularly parks in alley on south side of house. Car also is often seen driving south on Lincoln (street is one-way north) from 12th to this alley.
