This vehicle continually blocks people's sidewalks,driveways and the road It is at marquis drive. Off crescent drive and 17 St in crescent point. It kept a school bus from passing around 3:30.

The residents of 801 N Lincoln St have been parking at the end of the ally, next to their garage. They are blocking entrance and exiting from the alley. They have 4 vehicles parked at this address, with one always hanging over blocking the exit/entrance. Currently a black Buick sedan is blocking the alleyway. Please address this issues asap

Do you think you can put the parking limit sign ( 30 min max ) on this alley because this truck often blocking this alley. Today they blocked again from 8:25 am until now. It's hard for us for uploading our stuff if they blocked for long period like that. Thank you
