Kirkwood Ave should be blocked off heading east from Dunn Street. If cars travel east past Dunn, there is no place to go and they are having to turn around in the Kirkwood/Indiana intersection. Indiana is closed heading north at that intersection and one way heading south. Going straight takes you thr the Sample Gates. I've been watching this happen for several days from my office in Carmichael Center.

Cars parked in little tid bits and cars parked on the opposite side of the street blocks the road. I almost got hit from someone turning left onto N Washington Street because it turns into a one way street when everyone is parked. Please evaluate when cars are parked (during the day 3-5 pm expecially). I am not able to go up to the stop sign because there is a major blind spot someone can turn left into me. There is also a MAJOR pot hole on this road.
Because of a trailer usually parked here, it can be impossible to drive through when a vehicle is parked across the street. Neighbors and other motorists shouldn’t have to take an alternate route because the roadway is too narrow.
This house has recently been rented. There is now a person that we believe has been living in their red truck outside the home. Now there is a small RV parked on the Larkspur Lane side of the street beside the same house with an extension cord coming from the house to the RV, which is directly in front of the red truck. This makes seeing around the RV and truck for other vehicles very difficult.
This home is a rental property. Whoever is renting it currently has their very large work truck parked on the street every day, which is very near the stop sign at Larkspur and Woodhill. The truck has leaked what looks like oil all over the street in front of the home. The truck makes viewing around it for oncoming traffic very difficult.

The road is almost completely inaccessible in front of the big apartment building here because cars are lining both sides of the street, even though there is only parking on one side of the street. Probably move in day in the building or something, but no excuse for lax parking rules. There was also a huge brown RV parked idling on the sidewalk, spewing fumes everywhere - and since someone kept the front door open, I'd imagine the whole building reeks of fumes, the entire street outside certainly does. I had to turn in the alleyway here to get around this street because I couldn't fit my car through the double parked cars. Blocked street from drop off and pickup of students. Cars are partially parking in 2nd St during drop off and pick up for school. Multiple people have complained multiple times over the past few years and nothing changes. The police department won’t address it because they say the school manages the drop off and pick up. However, they are blocking a city street twice daily. The school hasn’t responded. It is the city’s responsibility to ensure the streets are safe for driving. They’re even parking front of “No parking” signs. Please have the police address the city street being blocked repeatedly.
