The residents of 801 N Lincoln St have been parking at the end of the ally, next to their garage. They are blocking entrance and exiting from the alley. They have 4 vehicles parked at this address, with one always hanging over blocking the exit/entrance. Currently a black Buick sedan is blocking the alleyway. Please address this issues asap

A lot of car, truck , blocking the alley for hours. We can not have access for our delivery stuff. Would you mind to put the sign, like, 15 min max to stop at alley, so they don't block the alley for 2 hours or sometimes 5 hours more. Thank you
