Our land lord is responsible for the snow removal, He claims the city changed the requirement and snow removal is no longer required. This is at 207 S Rogers Street, is this true? If so is the city now liable if someone falls and gets injured? He claims all that they have to do is scrape a foot path somewhere on the property a shovel width.

Sidewalk at 320 N. Lincoln is not currently cleared of snow, nor is it ever cleared. Not sure if it is tenant's duty or landlord. Property has sidewalks on both N. Lincoln and E. 8th St.

914 E University does not know that they need to clear their sidewalk of snow and I have not been able to catch anyone to tell them. Please let them know about our snow r Emoval ordinance.

The following addresses seem to keep having snowy, icy sidewalks and could use a nudge for better removal please: 701 S Park, 703 S Park, 816 E University, as well as the Jacobs property (northeast corner of Ballantine and E 2nd), and the house at the southwest corner of Ballantine and 2nd as well. 703 S Park, 705 S Park, 717 S Park, 723 S Park, and 600 S Ballantine are regularly not removing their snow/ice. It would be a great service if you could please watch this and/or provide a warning (or if warnings have not been heeded, then the appropriate city fine). The 700 block of S Park is not easy to walk down as a result of several of them clustering together and 600 S Ballantine, most winters, generally does not remove their sidewalk snow/ice making that corner a dangerous one to walk on.
