Ms. Sanders came in and stated that her neighbor, Mrs. Brown of 2527 (?) S. Madison called CBU constantly to complain about ditch in Ms. Sander's yard. Mrs. Sander's landlord if Claudia Green. Mrs. Brown apparently feels that Ms. Sander's ditch is causing drainage problems. Matter has been investigated previously by Troy Powell of T&D Department.

The culvert that the city recently installed; neighborhood children are throwing the rip rap rocks that were placed at each end of the culvert, into the culvert stopping it up. Tree stump is stuck in the culvert and citizen thinks there should be netting or wire placed over the rip rap.
