Rec'd. letter from Ann Robinson complaining that rain water stands on parking lot of Highland Village Park causing patrons to step over curbs and that standing water blocks disabled persons' entry into the park. Neighborhood Assn. requests that Utilities Department install a small drain at end of parking and small drainage at large basin on end of Harvey Drive.

Good morning, The sidewalk at the southeast corner of 10th and Walnut is still covered in snow and ice from the storm two weeks ago. Please instruct the property owners to remove this for public safety. Thank you!
Sidewalk blocked with snow since the first snow fall. The tenants/Landlord have done nothing about it.

This place refuses to clean their sidewalks. I slipped on ice today outside of their building

Water run-off does run into basement. Believes drainage ditch needs cleaned out.
